We can't recommend highly enough, to anyone staying in Bourbon-l'Archambault. All great, everything you need for the trip. The hotel's location is good, a bit off the beaten path. The place is a minute walk from Bourbon-l'Archambault downtown.

This place is a fancy and clean property with incredibly polite and nice staff who take pride in their service.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a comfortable bed and a good night's sleep despite the loud concert in town. The staff were friendly and efficient, giving us a warm welcome and providing attentive service throughout our stay.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety of options.

The location is great and stunning, in a quiet area and just a walking distance from Thermes. The room is modest and modern, with lovely views of the gardens or old square. They offer lovely cereals and fruit.

This place is situated close to the main square and within walking distance to coffee shops, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely attentive and efficient, making our stay enjoyable. The updated bathrooms were very nice and the overall facilities were well-equipped. 💯

Spent New Year's at a charming hotel with great service and a cozy feeling. The buffet breakfast was scrummy and the indoor pool was perfect for a warm winter swim. We also enjoyed the hotel’s beautiful terrace, the perfect spot for a relaxing evening drink.

The room was on the small side and didn't have a fridge, but the friendly staff made up for it. The location was slightly inconvenient, but the free shuttle to the town center helped a lot.

This hotel is located in a historic town with an impressive castle and lake nearby. the shaded inner courtyard garden is beautifully landscaped and the elevated outdoor heated pool is a great facility. the rooms are spacious with modern full bathrooms, and the service is excellent with polite and helpful staff. the restaurant offers fine dining at a very reasonable price.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful central town square and just next to the castle. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to help us with every request. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed, including a terrace with garden furniture. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, and the leisure swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect spots to relax and soak up the sun.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
